Christie's commissioned us to create a presentation box to house George Washington's original Thanksgiving Proclamation document and an accompanying transcription. The transcription was custom designed and printed with archival materials in-house to match the Proclamation's era and sensibility. The box was fabricated with blue leather, with titling and graphic elements debossed in gold foil. Both documents were placed into blue, silk covered matts with fold out panels to permit table top display.
