Acclaimed editor and author Terry McDonnell commissioned us to fabricate a custom slipcase to house a special gift copy of his highly acclaimed memoir of sorts, The Accidental Life: An Editor's Notes on Writing and Writers. The slipcase featured an inset blind debossed leather inscription and was covered in shearling, a beloved material of the recipient.
